O especial para anunciar os vencedores foi exibido ontem no canal Multishow e foi apresentado por Fernando Caruso e Letícia Novaes, e claro, Demi Lovato não poderia ficar de fora, ocupando a oitava posição na lista dos artistas internacionais. Todos os ganhadores levam pra casa um troféu exclusivo e um selo em sua página no TopTVZ, além de um Top TVZ inteirinho dedicado a eles que será exibido no próximo sábado, dia 12 às 19 horas no canal.
